Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AppPromo Studio handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

AppPromo Studio may handle the following information when you use the app:

  • Creative content: app screenshots, hook images, app names and descriptions, captions, campaign settings, and publishing plans you choose to create or provide.
  • App activity information: a random app-specific device identifier stored in your iCloud Keychain, app version, preferred language, region, and the time the app is launched.
  • Support communications: your email address and anything you include when you contact support.
Device identifierThe identifier is a randomly generated UUID. It helps recognize an installation after reinstall and, when iCloud Keychain is enabled, across your Apple devices. It is not your advertising identifier.

How we use information

We use information to provide the features you request, including importing app details, creating captions and promotional images, preparing campaigns and publishing plans, maintaining service reliability, measuring active use, preventing misuse, and responding to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or use your creative content for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Some creative features require content to be sent to our servers and specialized processing providers that help create text or images. We share only the information reasonably needed to provide the requested feature. Providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer where legally permitted.

Storage and retention

Your app library, campaign history, schedules, and locally imported media are stored on your device unless a feature needs server processing. Server records—such as the app-specific device identifier, activity time, and request data—are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service or meet legal obligations.

Keychain items may remain after the app is deleted and may sync through iCloud Keychain. You can manage iCloud Keychain in your Apple ID settings.

Your choices

  • You decide which screenshots, images, and app information to import or submit.
  • You can delete local app and campaign data within the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app to remove its local container.
  • You can control photo-library and notification access in iOS Settings.
  • You may request access to or deletion of server-associated information by emailing us. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Children’s privacy

AppPromo Studio is intended for app creators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
